Milyukov Vladimir Efimovich is the doctor of Sciences, Professor of the Department of anatomy at Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Sechenov University). In 2003, he was elected by competition to the position of Professor of human anatomy in the First MMU I. M. Sechenov.
